Located in Mount Pleasant, Phil and his team area a full service residential architecture, design and planning firm. They specialize in residential design as well as custom design for new homes and historic restorations in the classic cottage, traditional and Lowcountry vernaculars. Take a look at this great floor plan for Lot 4! Designed by Phil Clarke, it is one of the two three-bedroom plans and incorporates many thoughtful finishes. An open downstairs level houses your living and dining spaces, while the second floor is completely dedicated to the owner’s suite. A large bedroom, roomy bathroom and huge walk-in closet are some of the coveted features and there is also a laundry room for easy access. The third and final floor houses the additional tow bedrooms along with a shared full bathroom.
We’re pleased to share that we have officially broken ground on Earl’s Court! Contractors arrived on site this week to begin the infrastructure for the community’s road, Rose Wilder Lane. The Cassina Group’s office at 309 Coleman Boulevard in Mt. Pleasant’s Old Village will be a drop-off location this year for the Toys for Tots campaign. Lot 3 is one of the first four floor plans being built in Earl’s Court. Designed by architect Phil Clarke, this plan is the largest of the four with over 1,600 square feet of interior space. The first floor has an open design and is home to the common living spaces including the living room, dining area and kitchen. There is also a half bath on this level. The second floor houses the master suite–which encompasses a large bedroom, separate study, large bathroom, walk-in closet as well as private access to the balcony. On the third and final floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one full bath and a rooftop terrace. For more information on this floor plan, click here.
