DESIGN SPOTLIGHT: Smaller Homes in Historic Neighborhoods

It looks like our idea for Earl’s Court is catching on!  With plans for our project continuing to move forward and progress throughout the summer months, we wanted to share this great read from Tumbleweed on why historic neighborhoods like the Old Village are often a good location for building new, smaller homes.  With utilities already in place, mature trees and sidewalks, land in historic neighborhoods is often a good fit for this type of project.  This well-written article incorporates much of the same language that we use when talking about Earl’s—sociable neighbors, nearby shops and restaurants, a walkable community, and more!  A link to the full article can be found here and be sure to check back often for more Earl’s Court updates.
